Description
Finnzymes’ Phusion® Bacterial Profiling Kit enables fast profiling and characterization of bacterial populations. The profiling method is based on terminal restriction fragment length polymorphism (T-RFLP) and it is suitable for use with any sample material containing bacteria. Current examples include human, animal, food, and environmental samples. The Phusion Bacterial Profiling Kit includes a complete set of reagents for PCR and subsequent endonuclease digestion. The kit comes with a password for a web database of T-RFLP peak values, which contains more than 60,000 bacterial targets.
